Sunthi (dried ginger), Mirach (black pepper), Pippali (long pepper), Haritaki, Amalaki, and Baheda, Lauh bhasma (iron), Vanga bhasma, Tamra bhasma (copper), and Shankh bhasma.
Food Should be Avoided
Dairy products, tea, fish, eggs, flour products, chickpeas, kidney beans, urad dal.
